Unit is a 700 square foot 2 bedroom, 1 bath duplex. Unit has washer dryer hookups. There is a $35 application fee. We require application for anyone over the age of 18, 2 people can be submitted under 1 application fee. We will conduct a credit and background and contact references to finish the approval process. The minimum requirements are a credit score of 600, and a monthly income of three times the monthly rent. In some cases we can increase the security deposit to offset not meeting our credit or income criteria. We cannot work with background with prior evictions, housing collections or registered offenders. Owner pays water, sewer and trash, Tenant pays Gas and Electric.
