Huge lot with three full city lots Pets are allowed with a $500 Pet deposit as well as an additional $25/month per pet added to your rent monthly. In regards to the City of Bridgewater utility of water & sewer....there is a mandatory $250 deposit due at time of sign up for the service. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit. All of our units are non-smoking.
