Huge plus is that I found a designated parking spot provided by management for $100 a month but it's not located in the building, it is on Cochran ave which is a great stress free option considering how bad parking is in the area. A walk through of the studio will be provided upon request and I will need to schedule it for after 6pm since I am not available in the morning or afternoon but I will refer you to the management if you prefer walk through in the morning or afternoon. This is a lease take over since there is 9 months left in the lease starting 2/1/25 . Renter will need to get the rental application approved and then provide first month and security deposit. Renter will pay gas and electricity, water is paid for which is included in your rent. You will need to create your own LADWP account for utilities.
