I am TIDY in common areas. I DON'T party/Drink, & try to keep the noise down for respect of others. I am mindful of others' privacy, respectful, trustworthy, & would like a roommate with the same values. I like to hang out but understand that we both will have our own lives & things to do. If you would enjoy making a few meals together, watching movies, going for a walk/hike on the Poudre (Literally a few minutes away) or just need your space to chill as well, I think we could be a Good fit! :) Lease is 6 months to 1 year. One full month's rent is for security deposit but can be paid in installments. Rent and utilities are due on the first of the month. There can be a couple days. Leeway with no charge.
