The community is friendly, with a diverse mix of young couples, and families with kids. The location is super convenient, and is our favorite feature. BART, and nice coffee shops are 5 minutes away, walking. Lake Merritt is 10 minutes away. Whole Foods and Trader Joe's are 10 minutes away, driving. Nice restaurants at College Avenue are 15 minutes away. Rent includes 1 assigned garage parking spot, water, trash, sewer, and high-speed fiber internet.
