    What's special

We have a room opening up! First month ($1150) plus security ($1150) due at August 1st move-in. $2300 total (utilities are not included). The Room: Approximately 11.5 x 8 ft Medium sized Unfurnished true box bedroom (not a railroad) with 2 tall windows and a 3.5x4 ft walk in closet. It can easily fit a Queen sized bed. You may choose to repaint the walls because TBH it's currently a very peculiar color. There will be a total of 4 people (including you) sharing the apartment, where you'll have your own bedroom. The Apartment: The apartment is situated on a 4th floor walk-up in a short rise Pre-war building. Three bedroom apartment with a good size living room, which connects to the kitchen. One quirk is that the bathroom sink's hot water does not work. In order to fix this, the entire water for the building needs to be shut off, which is a huge ordeal. You'll get used to it ;) The Building: The building is very quiet, so please be respectful of the neighbors. Basically, party all you want outside of the apartment, but don't bring the party home. Door buzzer works. Washer/Dryer in the building. Garbage and Recycling disposal is downstairs. The Neighborhood: Located on a tree-lined street in Park Slope (between 4th & 5th Ave) within walking distance to Prospect Park and Grand Army Plaza. Surrounded by restaurants and an easy commute to the city. Nearby Transit: Union St. D/N/R on the corner & a 10-15min walk to : Atlantic Av-Pacific St, Bergen St, 7th Ave, 9th St Roommates: We are a friendly couple who both work in the Service Industry at odd hours and are not at the apartment often. We are not neat freaks, but prefer roommates who keep common areas clean and pitch in on household items (trash bags, TP, paper towels). You: Clean, respectful and easy to get along with. Must have a steady source of income and pay bills when due. Mid 20's to Mid 30's Sorry! NO smoking, NO pets and NO couples. *If you're interested please e-mail us with a little bit about yourself. Preferably with a link to your facebook / twitter/ linkedin etc so we know you're a real person, although not mandatory.*
