Quail Hollow is located about 1 mile north of SR 206 and just 2 miles to the grocery stores. The beach is out the front door. Quail Hollow has units up on the top of the sand dunes but the huge majority of the units are 33 steps below at road level. A3-4U is a 2nd floor unit at the back of the A3 ocean front building. It has an ocean view from the front entrance door but just descent the stairs and turn east for the best views on the beach!
