This home was kept up until it was used as a rental for 11 years, so it currently has several items that need replacement. We are in the process of replacing the kitchen, flooring throughout and the back deck as well as a roof repair or replacement. Price will change to reflect these improvements or the price can change to reflect an “as is” purchase. This neighborhood has been wonderful as far as neighbors and schools and proximity to everything. We are in the process of moving to Montana at the end of this school year and would love to entertain offers that can allow us to stay through the end of June 2023.
