Huge living room and located at top floor with a patio. Has a wonderful pool that's open during the summertime. You will be taking over our lease (for 6 months - lease ends in June). The utilities are separated. Although the lease states that only cats are allowed (almost everyone in the apartment has a dog so it's okay to bring your dog and not state it). Parking is first come, first serve (there are covered parking however there is a waitlist for it and additional fee).
