Rent is $1050 It has a bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, and 3 closets - one of which is a giant walk-in closet. It has a giant wall of windows and gets really incredible light if you love plants! Heat & water are included. Tenant pays electric + gas. (around $30/per month) 4 min walk to the 22 bus ~7 min walk to the 36 & 151 bus About 20 min walk to the lakefront Blocks away from the post office & Devon Market. The lease is up in September. Move-in date would be in April. The management company asked me to pass on that you "must have a credit score of at least 650 and must make around 3x the rent a month" The photos are of the current unit. Please only contact with serious inquiries. Willing to reimburse application fee if you sign the lease! Since this is a sublet the renter takes the apartment as is and won't pay any move in fees.
