This level is completely finished with a recreation room, sitting room, bedroom with walk in closet and full bathroom. The ground level was gutted to the rafters and completely remodeled with Custom made cabinets in the bathroom and laundry/hobby/sewing room. The family room has a gas fire place with custom made wood frame and shelving. The upper bedroom level has new custom made cabinets and plumbing in both bathrooms. The home was raised to a height of 45 feet above flood level. Our township has since been entirely been surrounded by diking to make it secure in the event of any further flooding
