Its a short walk to the Western States trail, and a short drive from thousands of miles of other trails. 30 minute drive from the beautiful Sugar Pine Reservoir, and about 15-20 min from I-80. The tiny house sits about 100 ft from the main house, so theres plenty of privacy. Come make this your home, and fall in love with the quaint town of Foresthill Pets are negotiable and may require additional deposit. Renter pays for electric and propane, and must refill their own propane. The water heater and gas range are powered by 2 propane tanks that need to be filled every couple months. Wifi is included but shared, we are told from past renter that the wifi is really good. Internet company just put in fiber optic. Renter is provided with a personal trash bin. Laundry is not available, the laundromat is next to Raleys. Water is included. Renter must get renters insurance ($20 a month usually). No smoking inside home. Plenty of parking space in driveway. Electric bill is usually around $20-$50 depending
