No upgrades to house. All appliances are being left in house other than the see through fridge. Carpets are in good/clean condition. Will do a complete walk through the house with renters. Renter pays for water, gas, utilities, trash/recycle and percentage of electric bill. Pets allowed just not in house. No smoking inside house. If any damages to house or carpet needs cleaning at the end of the lease. The fees will be taken out of $1200 deposit.
