I am looking for a single person to be my roommate, I am renting a second master room with full furniture, closet and bathroom, I am single man. We share the dining room, living room and kitchen. The utilities about $180 in Spring and Fall, $300 in summer and winter, no smoking inside the house, street or drive way parking, I don't have any pets and don't allow pets in this house.
