(The owners, 2 doors down, only use propane heat in even the most brutal winters). There is a laundry/pantry room off the kitchen. A washer/dryer is currently provided but may not be maintained. The deck out the back door oversees the back yard. The yard is NOT fenced though landlords are pet friendly. There are lots of pets out here. You'll share the land with nice folks who live both in homes and RV's. Land is rich and easy to garden, if you enjoy that sort of thing! Owners will mow the land. Basic Rental Criteria: Must make 3x the rent in gross income, have good & verifiable rental history (NOT with family), and no felonies. Due to being on well, we will limit the number of people living in the house. App fees are due with application $45/per person over 18. $1695 Security deposit is due at acceptance. Full month's rent & non-refundable $250 per pet is due at move-in regardless of date. Pro-rated rent will be due following 1st of the month. One year lease minimum.
