Private room includes a queen size bed with new nectar mattress, new desk, T.V with Roku and large closet. The house has lots of natural light throughout, high speed internet and central heating and cooling for ultimate comfort. Shared amenities include all other parts of the house; gourmet kitchen with a coffee nook, large dining room, living room and laundry room with new HE washer and dryer. Hardwood floors throughout the house and plenty of storage space. There is private off street parking with a large backyard. Our house is a short walk from UNM Hospital, Nob hill and downtown A short drive to all other major hospitals. Month to month lease agreement. No smoking, or drug use of any kind. Limit to one guest not exceeding more than 3 days in a row. Utilities are included in rent. You're responsible for any damages or repairs to the property that occur during your stay. We are not liable for damages or theft to renters vehicles while they are on the property.
