So the point is, if you want the system to work, you'll need to get with Milestone (my guess is they'll get you up to speed for free with subscription). The security system functionality and service is NOT included in the rent. (If you want a different system, that's a possibility too). NOTE 2: I do NOT accept housing vouchers (e.g. Section 8). No cigarette smoking allowed in home living area. One year lease which rolls month-to-month after that (if you need a shorter lease, I will consider on a case-by-case basis). $50 non-refundable application fee along with filled in application for each person 18 of age and over. If this house looks like a good fit for you, I encourage you to reach out with at least some info about your situation (e.g. what attracts you to the house, how many people would be living with you, etc.), but in any case I will need to speak with you by phone before I schedule a private viewing. I do require proof of sufficient income, so if the rent constitutes much more than 30% of your total income, this is probably not a good house for you. I evaluate everyone's situation on a case-by-case basis. Although I appreciate you filling out Zillow's application, I don't require it.
