Breezy beachfront condo offering panoramic ocean views and solitude. With the Pacific Ocean out the front door, and a pool and hot tub out the back door, this fully-appointed beach condo is a little slice of paradise! This is the first time I'm listing my home, so I'm looking for a conscientious person who will be respectful of the space. As of now it is only blocked June 27 - July 4. Other than that it is available May 9 through at least Thanksgiving, possibly longer. What it has: Everything! This is my actual home, not an Airbnb, so you will have everything you need to live comfortably. The kitchen is very well-appointed, the king-size bed is extra comfy, and the curtains are black-out. Everyone who has ever visited wants to live here! What it doesn't have: - A TV. But I do have a projector and pull-down screen that you can connect to with chromecast. - An in-unit washer and dryer. But there's a laundry room right in the building and it's only $1.50 a load. - Partying. There are no short-term rentals in the building and all the full-time residents are retirees, so this isn't a party spot -- and that's what makes it so nice.
