For students, I am looking to sign leases for Fall 2020/Spring 2021. The rate for students is $525/month based off of $2100 per student per semester + $400 security deposit. Property is right by the Beverage Station and Weis. It is in commuter status and very conveniently located. Both sides have washers and dryers. There's parking in the back for 6 vehicles and is included with rent. There is also an option to stay during the summer. There's some furniture always left over from previous tenants but some of your own is needed as well. I'm very open to new tenants, say hello! Owner pays trash/recycling/sewer. Tenants are responsible for all other utilities.
