Parking limited to one vehicle per rental unit. Laundry facilities are on the grounds of the complex. Kitchen appliances are furnished. You pay your own electric bill; Greenbrier Association pays water bill. The rental application and the lease agreement must include the names and identifications of any and all who stay at the apartment. Maximum two persons in any unit: two adults or one adult and one child, though this complex is not ideal for children since we have no play area. Renter is responsible for MLGW bill and WiFi and TV bills. We pay the water bill. No smoking of any kind of substance inside the apartment. All occupants must be listed on the lease agreement. Code allows only one or two occupants in a one bedroom apartment.
