*6/1/17 Insurance adjuster has been there and says NEW roof, gutters and siding! Nice big back yard,(with sprinkler system) great deck, trees and such a great location! This is a lot of house for the money. Just needs a tiny bit of finishing work but hurry so you do not miss out! Sold as is so not offered FHA. Needs a bit of baseboard where new flooring was put in.
