Comfortable 2BR / 1BA duplexed town home in Berkley at 64th and Lowell. It was remodeled in 2019 so the appliances, countertops, etc. are in pretty good condition. There's easy connections for cable and Wi-Fi. There is also an alarm system you can use if you would like. There is no central A/C, but there is a portable A/C that is effective in the summer. The backyard is pretty big, and completely fenced in. The entire street is pretty quiet and safe. The neighbors on the other side of the duplex are very nice and respectful. There is parking for two cars directly in front of the front door, but street parking isn't a problem if you have guests. I will pay for the utilities, cable & Wi-Fi, lawn care, etc. so the tenant(s) don't have to worry about paying monthly bills. I'm flexible on the duration of the lease; I would be happy to discus and agree on something before signing any documents.
