We rent to applicants who have a history of being good tenants, which includes paying rent on time, being considerate of rental property and neighbors, and leaving rental property in good shape when vacating. We look for satisfactory references from previous Landlords or the equivalent from first-time renters. Qualifications & application process available upon request. No smoking inside. PET POLICY: Pets may be denied if they do not receive a positive reference from the previous Landlord regarding the pet's behavior, if the pet is not spayed or neutered, and/or if a complete veterinary medical history (including immunizations and sterilization) of the pet is not provided. Monthly Pet Fees (dog $35/miniature; $40 small; $50 cat or medium dog) plus $300 additional security deposit. Where applicable, restricted breeds will result in denial. If an animal is a service or support animal, proper information must be provided at the time the application is received.
