In addition to rent, tenant is responsible for all utilities and HOA payment which will be billed through the app. In addition to base rent, tenant is responsible for HOA payments and all utilities. HOA payments will be billed through the Zillow app where everything will be handled. We have another home, managed through Zillow and everything has gone very smoothly.
