You'll be walking distance from all of the downtown attractions and there is also convenient driveway parking leading right up to the front door of the home. Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath residence is warm and welcoming and situated in family friendly 'Historic Old Northeast', a neighborhood of charming brick streets, palm trees, historic homes and the waterfront. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, one en suite with a king bed and a second, smaller bedroom with a twin bed. Both bathrooms are located downstairs, one off of the king bedroom, the other off of the hallway. There is a third bedroom with a king bed upstairs. Also upstairs is a loft area with a pull-out twin, a chest of toys and a desk area. The kitchen is compact but with all necessary equipment including a dishwasher, oven and stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and all the kitchen essentials needed.
