We are minutes (less than a mile) from the core shopping area of Encinitas (El Camino Real), and Mira Costa College. Located only a 7 minute drive to Cardiff Beach or Swami's. Freeway 5 access is 3-4 minutes to Manchester or Santa Fe exits. AC/heat in unit with your own controls. An induction counter top unit, microwave, frost free fridge, air fryer and butcher block table are included. Kitchen/Living room has a table and chairs, and separate seating area. Bedroom includes a queen bed, large closet with built in shelves and drawers, separate chest of drawers, and desk. Utilities and internet are included (except cable). Rent includes housekeeping once monthly. There is plenty of dry, shaded storage in the covered entry patio for surfboards/bikes, etc. Small amount of additional storage may be available in our storage area - to be discussed.
