I am looking for someone to take over my lease until next August 2014. The apartment is very close to Univ. of Iowa and Kinnick stadium, so it is ideal for students. It is $375 / month with water and garbage included + utilities (energy and internet/cable). Deposit of $400 will also be required. My roommate is in Dental School, is 24 years old, and is clean and easy to get along with. I will be leaving my entire room furnished, as I am not taking a moving truck back home. I will be taking personal items, as well as my TV, some pots/pans, and some food, etc. My room will have the following furnished: - Full-sized bed with a full mattress/mattress cover from Ikea - Drawer chest for clothes - Table for storage and a spot for a TV - Blue leather couch - Black desk - Black floor rug - Two nightstands, small red table, and a small black ottoman - Floor lamp and a nightstand lamp - I will also be leaving a bike I purchased from Walmart For all these things, I will be asking for a small charge if you wish to keep it furnished, which we can discuss. I am looking for someone around the same age, preferably a student or working and fairly clean and tidy. Looking to move ASAP!
