The condo disposes of 2 bedroom / 2 bath with breathtaking water views from the condo and the balcony. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer in the condo. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen and a twin bed, each with a great view of the bay. The condo has TV, cable connection and Wi-Fi. The comfortable complex has its own common room with a pool table and board games. The heated pool and jacuzzi are located next to the water's edge. There is a pier for fishing or just relaxing and watching the animals that live in the water. There is a professional golf course on Isla del Sol. Fort De Soto Park and St. Pete Beach is a short five minute drive. St. Petersburg has many award-winning restaurants and the Salvador Dali Museum is a must. Owner pays for water, Wi-Fi and basic Television. Eectricity is extra to pay. There is a one-time fee of 100$ for the registration/background check with the property management and a fee for the final cleaning of 150$. As the condo is let until the end of March, viewings are only possible if there is serious interest and by arrangement with the current tenants!
