It really makes a difference as to how the property is cared for. There is almost no traffic and there is a garage for each unit. These units are built more for permanent homes, so they are very spacious in living area. They have all the ammenities you would expect. Gated security, two pools, exercise room, and a nice owners lounge. There is a delightful shaded area between the pools for safe beach front reading, away from the sun and traffic most complexes have. Please measure if room sizes are important. The basic cooling cost is included in the condo fee. The electricity bill for the unit averages less than $40 per month.
