Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. Bedrooms are carpeted and hardwood floors are in common areas and hallways. Common areas are downstairs and include a large back deck, kitchen, dining room, living room, half bath and garage. The listed price is for a single person looking to rent the whole floor. We can discuss the price for a couple. I can do a 6 month or 1 year lease. As you can see from the photos, my previous renter moved out with the sofa. If you have one, great. If not, we will figure it out. I have 1 gig internet service from TDS. I live and work in the valley full time. I come home occasionally, usually no more than once a month for a few days. Usually it's longer between visits. You'll have the house to yourself most of the time. You will be able to park in the garage. I only ask that there is space for me to park in the driveway while I'm home. I don't mind if you have people over, but while I'm home, I want to be able to sleep peacefully. I have two large dogs that will accompany me when I come home, and I do not want any additional dogs on the premises. My boyfriend is allergic to cats, so there are no cats permitted either.
