My house is a replica of a typical single-story Chincoteague home of the 1920's, with modern amenities added, such as central heat and air conditioning. The house is located in the downtown Main Street historic area, less than a five minute walk from town. Last year I made several new enhancements for my tenants. Both closets have been upgraded with 8 ft of drawer space and additional storage area which includes a rod and hangers for clothing. I have acquired more Chincoteague memorabilia as well as renovated the bathroom. The bathroom was rewallpapered and refurnished as pictures reflect. Rent includes utilities
