Cozy little condo located in the horizons apartment complex off of lee vista blvd. Unit is a two bedroom, two bath, with a spacious living room and dining space. All appliances are brand new except for the washer/dryer, but they are very good and reliable nevertheless. Brand new AC unit as well, nest door lock and thermostat. The unit has a balcony with a view of the pool area, which you will have access to as well. Tile floors in the kitchen and bathrooms, and wood vinyl floors in the rest of the home. The unit is located on the third floor and there are no elevators in the complex. The neighborhood is very safe, well-maintained by the HOA, and peaceful. Mailbox is located by the pool which is only a 5-minute walk from the unit. The community is gated, with the only callbox being off of lee vista blvd, once you have the clicker for the gates, you will be able to access the other two gates. Trash compactor is located in the back of the neighborhood which is where you will have to go to throw away trash. There is a publix shopping center conveniently located 2 minutes away by car or 10 minutes away by walking. Also located not too far away is a Walmart Super Center, gym, movie theater, and so many restaurants to choose from. The Orlando International Airport is only 10 minutes away, downtown Orlando is 20 minutes away, as well as UCF and the theme parks are 30 minutes away. The lease duration will be for one year, breaking the lease early will cost a fee, and if you would like to renew at the end of the year we can discuss that closer to that time. The tenants will have to be responsible for paying light and wifi seperate. Water is included in the monthly rent. No smoking will be allowed inside the home what so ever, if it is noticed that smoking occurred inside you will forfeit your security deposit. Drugs are absolutely not permitted and if discovered that there are drugs in the home, the authorities will be contacted immediately and the proper legal action will be taken. The unit only has one assigned parking spot but there are plenty of guest spots throughout the complex for any additional parking needs. No pets allowed, if it is discovered you will also forfeit your security deposit. The tenant(s) will not have to worry about any maintenance outside of the unit, but I do ask that you kindly take care of the inside and clean as often as necessary. If everything looks as good as it was when then the security deposit will happily be returned so long as nothing needs to be fixed or replaced due to anything outside of the usual wear and tear.
