The master bedroom has new flooring. We are located in a community but we live on a dead end street. The neighbors are nice and the community is great. It's close to Medora elementary. Now the cons are that the central air and heat are broke and there is a big hole in the wall in the small bathroom in the master bedroom. Also if you buy you will have to be accepted by the office to live in the community (which as long as your not a felon they accept anybody) or you can move the mobile home to a different location
