Renter is responsible for City Utilities, Gas, & Electric. No pets. No smoking or vaping indoors. Renter is responsible for managing the weeds. City ordinances do not allow for weeds 8 inches or higher. Renter is provided with functional washer and dryer, refrigerator freezer combo, cooktop, oven, and dishwasher. If the appliances break it is the renter's responsibility to replace or repair them. Any unit repaired remains the property of the landlord.
