Tour can only be scheduled after June 1st. Small pets are ok. No smoking. The tenant will need to bring a refrigerator, washer, and dryer. Please submit your application with the last 3 year's W2s and the last 3 paystubs to be considered. We will select the qualified tenant on a first-come basis. Please feel free to ask any questions. Tour can be scheduled on May 31 Sunday between 11 am to 3 pm. Rent doesn't cover utilities.
