Deposit required but as per the type of Pet or Cage, Tank, Aquarium and authorization is required, and deposit might be waived for certain types of Pets that are legal to be sold within California that don't present a danger. For our units, we will accept total of 2 people a bedroom, plus one for the General Apartment. All adults residing in the Unit must apply. We do not allow subletting.
