Two bedroom country home...it was a three bedroom, but one wall was taken out to make one large bedroom on each end of house. Good sturdy bones. It has some specialty things done to it, such as Mrytle wood flooring, tile in kitchen. Two new dual pane glass doors that go out to the back deck. Has wheelchair access in back. Some work was in process and never completed. All things are cosmetic, except two. The Laundry room in back of house either needs major remodel or torn down and the new electrical has been run...but not hooked up. We have brand new power box and breakers waiting to be installed. One pump house/wood shed, one cedar shed (large), a stable area, chicken coop and hot house. House has new roof and gutters. This is a "fixer"...but not a disastrous one. Very good shape and very livable. Just needs a handy person to complete. Has a 3/4 dug out basement, plus a one car garage. Great territorial view. Creek runs through back of property. Not sure if bank will finance because of laundry room. I am open to owner financing at reasonable terms and decent down.
