Extensive renovation done in 2007. Additional renovation after 2009 purchase. Garage enclosed, new driveway and ramp to door added, small kitchen in basement added, exterior of sunroom clad in aluminum, granite countertops, new ceiling in basement. When home was purchased, the back hill was planted in wildflowers so no mowing was required. I wanted a cleaner look so flat areas are mowed and incline is touched up with a trimmer once a month. Could return to letting wildflowers grow if desired.
