The house was remodeled in the spring of 2017. The foundation was repaired and has a lifetime warranty. We closed the previous "garage" in and made a game room/man cave. There is carpet in all of the bedrooms, pergo flooring in the hallway & living room, and tile in the bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, & laundry room. The gameroom has stained concrete flooring. There is a formal dining/den area that has a gas log fireplace. The hot water heater was replaced in 2015, the complete heat/air inside and outside units were replaced in 2014. The roof is less than 5 years old. It has 2 double carports and a good size shop with one roll up door that has concrete floor. The driveway was leveled and drug and 2 loads of rock added.
