Proof of income, credit check, and valid ID will be required. We do not allow pets. We offer month to month leases. Since this is a fully furnished unit, we periodically schedule mid-stay walk throughs to make sure the property is kept to standards and take inventory of the furnishings provided (including linens, all kitchenware, etc.) Month to month leases are available. Parking is available on the side street or tenants can pay for a permit parking pass for front street parking. There are high fees for if pets are to be found in the unit and for smoking. Absolutely no subletting, as this can cause immediate termination in lease.
