The apartment is miles away from DVC,16 miles away from CCA Oakland campus, and 19 miles away from UC Berkeley. Looking for a roommate to share the rent, there are two bedrooms and it is approximately $1200 per room. The rent does not cover electricity bill, water bill, trash bill, cable bill, etc. Person who is interested in becoming the roommate has to be clean and aware of personal hygiene, no smoking in the property(this is also a smoking free neighborhood),and no party gathering what so ever. Person who is interested in becoming the roommate is also suggested to have a vehicle, however, the area is very convenient for all needs, there are Rite Aid, Macy's, Target, Safe Way, Best Buy, etc, within 5 miles, and there are also all kinds of restaurants to fulfill anyone's favor desire. Couples that want to share one room are welcome as well, but please don't make me feel so pathetic. I have already gotten the key and signed the contract, so person who makes the final decision can move in right away. By the way I am a boy if you will bother to ask. Thank you.
