Due to allergies I am looking for a nonsmoking, non vaping, non pet owner, as a renter/ renters for a: FURNISHED 3 ROOM Cottage: -1 bedroom; with Queen size Select number bed ( could be two twins) and small walkin cedar closet with an in wall safe; -Sunroom is a Kitchen Livingroom combo great room and includes 26 quart air fryer toaster oven, microwave, 2 burner stovetop, coffeepot, and a refrigerator plus mini fridge, and an eatin island with bookcase. The Sunroom Livingroom area has a Queen foldout couch, loveseat and chair with Roku stick television and hdmi capability -The 1 bath in this Duplex also combines the laundry room with washer and dryer, shower, toilet room, and desk area with several large cabinets for storage. -The built in large hallway closet provides extra storage. -The cottage like gated private backyard with swing is a wonderful peaceful yet fun area for you and friends - Two private entrances are accessible with a sidewalk from the alley with a -parking area out the front Cottage entrance off street -Across the street is a lovely park and gazebo with skate park, and city swimming pool, basketball court, baseball field, playground and picnic bench area. Safeway with a Starbucks and McDonalds and Dairy Queen are 3 blocks away and Arbys, Abbeys Pizza, a Chinese restaurant as well as a Goodwill thrift store are only 2 blocks away. 4 blocks down is Taco Bell. The Grange Hall is also across the street where Zumba is taught 2 nights a week. -Rent is 1200 Furnished and Utilities are $275 monthly which includes water, sewer, garbage, electricity, and internet. deposit of $1200 is required. With a month to month lease until 6 months when the possibilty of a year lease arises -Renter must have their own post office box for mail address It is LARGER than it looks! fold out couch area to create a second open bedroom as i added another couch and moved the desk into the multipurpose room.)For a viewing call Other unit has a young child so no smoking and no animals. Parking is street parking. Must keep up the backyard- mowing weed pulling. Shared thermostat kept nice for all types of weather. Never any issues with...Firepit is a filled in Garden spot. All furniture is to be kept in great repair. A month to Month for first 6 months thrn into a lease. If a need will approach me not other tenants. Deposit will be same as a months rent which covers furniture and rental and will be deducted if any issues with either. Must have proof of renters insurance. Mail will need to go to a PO Box. Quieter time is from 10:30pm -7 am. Rent is due on the first by Venmo. Must water big Pin Oak as well as backyard.
