Yes, it's a "mobile home", that's what we call a manufactured home before there were manufactured homes, but it hasn't been mobilized since 1976! It was totally gutted and remade in 2005 and has functioned as a perfectly comfortable home ever since. Hardwood trim and cabinetry and a lot of TLC have turned it into an ideal simple and inexpensive space in which to experience the awesome beauty of living in this area. A Mini-split heats and cools the whole house at minimum cost, but when the electricity goes out the woodstove kicks in to heat the whole house. Propane powers the cookstove. No power? No problem! This is honestly a simply sweet way to live. Will consider selling fully furnished!
