Our Eco and pet friendly ,(only green cleaning products and no pesticides) 1400 sqft home ( plus the 300 sqft porch) home is in a nice safe residential area. The house is fully updated with a large open floor plan, lots of light, split bedrooms each with its own bath and a large screen room , all open to the lovely pool and backyard. The back yard and pool are private and tropical. This house is not a typical scarcely furnished rental, it is our home for the majority of the year, is very comfortable with velvet sofas, artsy knick knack, our own colorful paintings and a well equipped kitchen. We mixed Florida colors and coastal details with modern amenities and comforts . My husband and I are both artists and we hope you will enjoy the unique furnishings, original paintings and objects. and will treat it with care as if it was your own. Our neighborhood is friendly and safe with hardly any thru traffic . Easy to walk the dogs. we are one block to the Pinellas trail. We are on the edge of Gulfport and 5mns to Downtown Gulfport, which is the coolest community on the Suncoast , quaint, quirky with a beautiful beach , a competition beach volleyball courts, wonderfully pet friendly people and eateries but we are also minutes to the very lively hip Grand central art district in st Petersburg and several beaches. You should know that our pool is not heated but between early April and late October there is no need and while we have a 55 inch smart HD 4K TV, fast WIFI, we do not have cable TV. We keep a few closets locked and the garage is not available to tenants. There are beach loungers in the deck chest, beach chairs and beach towels and also stadium chairs . All cotton linens are also furnished the kitchen has all the small appliances like kitchen aid mixer and cuisinart food processor. Lots of nice fiesta dishes and colorful ceramics. Our house and especially our pool are only for our tenants Month to month. a cleaning every 2 weeks may be required depending o household size and pets. At a cost of 130 dollars. A final cleaning in the amount of 220 to to 280 is also required. Price depends on occupancy and pets. All utilities are included. pool service and yard maintenance are included. Zero smoking tolerance on the property . No gatherings, business meetings or events with more than 6 guests without prior permission.
