I have purgo floors in living area thick plush carpet in bedrooms, I have all custom blinds inside and custom awnings outside. I added 8ft to the width of my home in building the garage which has walk-in pantry and is almost two car deep with lots of shelves or room for nice workshop. I also upgraded my patio by widening it about approx. 5ft. The home is freshly painted and cleaned and is in move-in condition Neighborhood Description The neiborhood is very quiet but has many things to do. We have a great golf course and the club house has a wonderful restarant, there are all different events that are done at the club house, like cards and dances, sing a longs, pool tourniments, and many more things to get involved in. The grounds are kept up very well and the landscaping is beautiful and the neiborhood is kept very clean. Every morning I would sit with coffee on the patio and watch the golfers tee off and everyone smiles and greets you hello, people here are very friendly.
