Rental Qualifications: Proof of income: Lease holders must collectively make 2x the monthly rent. This is gross pay before taxes are taken out. We will ask you to provide your two most recent pay stubs when you fill out our online application. Identification: A copy (front and back) of a driver's license for all adult occupants. References: One personal or business reference, and contact information for your previous landlord for a rental verification. Occupant and Pet Disclosure: You'll need to disclose all occupants (adults and children) and any pets that will live in the home. Move-In Costs The total move-in cost will include at least one full month's rent plus the security deposit. The security deposit amount depends on your credit score. Security Deposit: The standard security deposit is equivalent to one month's rent. We also require a bonding company for ALL tenants regardless of credit score. Lease with Confidence: We are real people looking to rent real property. I am willing to FaceTime you, and prove we own this property so that you feel comfortable. We have rental references too, people who rent in our other properties and are willing to speak highly on our behalf.
