    Beautiful Lake Front Property at Lake Nacimiento in San Luis Obispo county with lake access year round. This property extends to the center of the lake, this means the boat dock is in the water as long as any on the lake. The current family has owned this property since the sixties, so this is the first time in half a century it has been available. They have used it as family campsite with travel trailers. There are no H.O.A's that restrict future uses. The property is served by electrical power, a holding tank fed by the lake and a recorded easement to get to the property. There is no potable water on site, no septic (they have a porta potty on a trailer now but it had been previously serviced by an outhouse), propane is the gas source and building will be challenging. But NOT impossible. There is a 1960's vintage trailer with a shade cover, room addition and a deck. These will need some TLC but with some effort will be amazing. A second trailer is on the property, which can be removed, and a spot for a third trailer which has already been removed. Initially, the most simple way to make the most of this amazing site is to rehab some of what is there and bring in a couple new trailers. Long term, a stick built home could be creatively designed and built for more contemporary lake living. Lake front property this close to the water does not come on the market often. It is for someone who loves the water and has a real sense of adventure.
