Unfurnished but has frig and gas stove for use now. 20 minutes from Walmart and Lowes. 10 minutes from downtown Mountain Home. Copied text from my recent tenant says, "I have to say, it was my best rental experience ever. " Renters pay all utilities. Renter pays rent 15 days prior to due date in the USPS mailing with a postdated due date check to landlord's address. Small jobs finished by renter and paid for by landlord in future discount rent payments. Renter pays service charge for maintenance breakdowns and landlord pays for the overcharge for the repairs.
