One time pet deposits/weight: $300 for 0-30LB, $500 for 30-50LB and $800 for 50-80LB. Cats are $200 deposits each. Renters pay all utilities. Renter pays rent 15 days prior to due date in the USPS mailing with a postdated due date check to landlord's address. Small jobs finished by renter and paid for by landlord in future discount rent payments. Renter pays service charge for maintenance breakdowns and landlord pays for the overcharge for the repairs.
