bought a house, so I am looking for someone to assume the remaining four months on my lease. I willing be moving out of my apartment on June 13th, and my lease doesn't end until October 17th. Rent is $2715 + utilities + $50 parking. Deposit is $600. Credit must be approved by management. I'm sure pets are allowed, but I don't know if there is an extra charge. Currently, my type of unit (1 bedroom with a balcony) is in high demand and there is no availability. Last time there was availability, the rent was almost $2900 and the deposit was $1000. My apartment was brand new when I moved in, and it's in great shape. No pets or kids. The entire building is brand new and people only started moving in in July 2020.
