Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises, including all rooms and shared spaces. A cleaning fee of $300 will be charged if evidence of smoking is found. Maximum occupancy is limited to the number of individuals listed in the reservation. Unauthorized guests may result in expulsion or additional charges. Guests should avoid creating excessive noise, especially between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. A $300 fine will apply for verified noise complaints that unduly impact neighboring residents and/or violate local noise ordinances. Guests agree to pay a fee of $150 for a lost key. If locked out due to their own actions, a lockout fee of $100 will apply for assistance in regaining access to the property.
